My Story
Founded in 2025 by me,
Jonathan Rookes (Johnny to his friends), Optimise Together brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in digital transformation, customer journey optimisation and high-growth experimentation learned at the forefront of digital conversion innovation at Lloyds Banking Group.
But Optimise Together was born from a new kind of vision:

I saw that many organisations were being underserved by traditional agencies. Either they were locked out by cost or left dependent on external vendors without ever learning how to improve things themselves. I aim to bring a unique mix of data-driven thinking, pragmatic delivery and people-first leadership. For over two decades I've led high-performing teams (with some of the best team satisfaction score in the UK), coached hundreds of people, improved customer outcomes and delivered tens of millions in value.
Now, I want to bring that same mindset to mission-led organisations like yours. No agency b*llocks. No buzzwords and acronyms. Just results, plain talking, capability and collaboration.
